chicken heart estofadito express


Como acabamos de venir del Bodegon, maciaaado ya queria cocinar mis corazoncitos. A mi me gustan mas a la parille, asi quemadito por afuera y jugoso por dentro. Pero a falta de palitos de brochettes, picamos unas verduritas y en menos de media hora ya teniamos el el almuerzo.

Louisianna Ribs

Frankie has a reputation for his pork ribs. Having lived in Memphis, Tennessee for the greater part of his life he had more than enough time to pick up the technique.

Here in Mendoza we have the privilege to get only the fines ingredients for the quarter (or less) of the price you may get them in other places- including Argentina (i.e. Buenos Aires)

So on Monday morning we got up early and got this from the corner butcher.

Matambre Italiano

An excellent example of a paleo dish that has existed through the ages: Matambre is a beef dish from Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay. Originally Italian style, it is basically a rolled flank steak delicatessen meat. When sliced, the different vegetables make a colorful display.
